Jeff Bricker Named Head Men's and Women's Tennis Coach

New Haven, CT - Albertus Magnus College Director of Athletics Michael Spinner has announced the hiring of Jeff Bricker as Head Men's and Women's Tennis Coach.  Bricker, who currently works as Head Tennis Professional Instructor at the New Haven Lawn Club, brings to Albertus a successful track record teaching and coaching tennis, including stints as an Assistant Tennis Professional at the Madison Beach and Guilford Swim and Racquet Clubs.

"It's an understatement to say that the search for a new Head Men's and Women's Tennis Coach at Albertus Magnus College was successful. Jeff Bricker is going to do great things as our head coach. Aside from his experience as a team captain at a Division I program with the strong athletic tradition of Sacred Heart University, Jeff has devoted his career to teaching others the sport of tennis, and he brings to Albertus terrific experience, local ties, and the right attitude to build both of our programs. I entered this search thinking that there is no reason why tennis should not be a very successful sport at Albertus Magnus, and with the hiring of Jeff Bricker as our men's and women's head coach, I believe that way even stronger," stated Director of Athletics Michael Spinner.

A 2002 graduate of Sacred Heart University, where he served as captain of the men's tennis team for three years, Bricker holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the Quinnipiac University School of Law. He currently resides in Branford, CT.
