New Haven, Conn. - The Albertus Magnus College men's basketball team cruised to a 104-72 win over CCNY in non-conference play Tuesday evening at "The Nest" inside the Cosgrove Marcus Messer Athletics Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Albertus controlled the opening five minutes of play, holding a seven-point lead, 16-9, following a layup from Jahmerikah Green-Younger (Norwalk, Conn.), forcing CCNY to call a timeout. Over the next six minutes of play, Albertus extended its lead to 14, 30-16, before findings themselves up 29, 45-16, with 6:20 remaining. CCNY continued to chip away at the Falcons' lead, but would head into halftime trailing 62-29.

Despite outscoring the Falcons by a 43-42 edge in the second, CCNY was unable to make the comeback giving the hosts their fifth win of the season.
