Falcons Win 1-0 on Senior Day Behind O'Connor in Net

New Haven, CT- The Albertus Magnus College Men's Soccer Team defeated GNAC opponent Johnson and Wales University on Wednesday afternoon 1-0.  The Falcons scored in the 29^th minute off the leg of sophomore Jamal Howard (West Haven, CT) from freshman Steven Zapata (Hamden, CT) to take a 1-0 lead.  Senior goalkeeper Gerald O'Connor (Hamden, CT) had three saves to preserve the shut-out, his 7^th shutout this season.  Albertus Magnus College improves to 10-5-1, 5-3 GNAC while Johnson and Wales University drops to 2-13-0, 2-5-0 GNAC.  Albertus Magnus College travels to Boston, MA to face GNAC opponent Suffolk University on Saturday with a 4:00pm kick-off.
