Women's Tennis Cruises Past Vaughn, 9-0

Flushing, N.Y. - The Albertus Magnus College women's tennis team cruised past Vaughn College, 9-0, in non-conference play on Sunday afternoon at the USTA National Tennis Center.

  • The Falcons snapped a four-match losing streak. 
  • Albertus remains undefeated against Vaugh in the all-time series, 6-0.
  • Lee picked up her first singles win of the season after defeating Payano in the sixth slot.
  • Mandulak and Coughlin both earned their fifth singles win of the season.

The women's tennis team continues play in a non-conference match at home against York (N.Y.) on Saturday, Oct. 19. Match is set for 1:00PM at the Celentano Courts in New Haven, Conn.
