New Haven, Conn.–November 25th-- Professor Kristen (Altieri) DeCarli, an assistant professor of sport management here at Albertus Magnus College and current Senior Woman's Administrator for the athletics department, was recently inducted into the Hamden High School Athletics Hall of Fame on Wednesday, November 13th at Cascades in Hamden. She was joined by Marilyn Mather, a former Athletic Director and athletics coach here at Albertus Magnus College.
New Haven, Conn. - November 25th -- Jim Ferraro, a former women’s basketball coach here at Albertus Magnus College, has been inducted into the New Haven Tap-off Club Hall of Fame. The induction ceremony took place on Wednesday, November 13th at Amarante’s Sea Cliff in New Haven.

WEST HARTFORD, Conn. - Members of the Albertus Magnus College women's swimming & diving team took part in the Miracle League of Connecticut Trick-or-Treat event this past Saturday afternoon at Miracle League Field.
The campus is buzzing in the midst of a stellar soccer season for Albertus Magnus College! Both the men’s and women’s teams have winning records, and the college recently announced that it will host this year’s Unified Sports Soccer Tournament in conjunction with CIAC/Special Olympics Unified Sports-partnering athletes with and without disabilities on athletic teams for training and competition. There will be a total of nine teams in the tournament this year. Members of the Albertus Magnus men’s and women’s soccer teams will serve as referees and coaches for the players.

Winthrop, Mass. - The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) has announced its All-Academic Team for the 2018-19 school year. This year, 41 student-athletes from Albertus Magnus College were among the 1,030 members of the Academic Team from 13 full-time institutions and nine associate member institutions in the conference.
All returning, new and transfer student-athletes must complete documents and requirements in order to be cleared to participate in varsity athletics at Albertus Magnus College. These documents are in addition to the Student Health Form packet for Health Services upon admittance to the college.
