July 20, 2020 NEW HAVEN, Conn. --- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Albertus Magnus College has made the difficult decision to suspend all 2020 NCAA Division III fall varsity athletics – men’s and women’s soccer; women’s volleyball, field hockey, and tennis; and men’s golf.
NEW HAVEN, Conn. – For the ninth consecutive season, the Albertus Magnus College men's basketball team tallied 20-plus wins and made an appearance in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Championship Game. The Falcons, who were a staple in the D3Hoops.com Top 25 Poll all season, finished 2019-20 with a 22-5 overall record with a 9-2 mark in conference.
Winthrop, Mass. - The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) has announced its All-Academic Team for the 2019-20 school year. This year, 52 student-athletes from Albertus Magnus College were among the 1,173 members of the Academic Team from 13 full-time institutions and nine associate member institutions in the conference.
NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Without the ability to host an end of the year banquet this spring due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the Albertus Magnus College Athletic Department took to social media the week of June 8th, announcing the 2019-20 team award winners - Most Valuable Player, Falcon Award and Most Improved Player - for the fall and winter teams.

WINTHROP, Mass. – Senior Jahmerikah Green-Younger (Norwalk, Conn.) and junior Tyreek Perkins (New Haven, Conn.) of the Albertus Magnus College men’s basketball team earned All-Great Northeast Athletic Conference honors as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon. Green-Younger earned first team honors, while Perkins landed on third team.
